Ruben and his team did a wonderful job getting rid of ALL the weeds growing EVERYWHERE and between EVERYTHING on my quarter acre yard and all around my property. Ruben and his team came in to do a full prep for Spring trim/prune/cutback/dead-head as well as overall cleanup of weeds and leaves. They did a phenomenal job. Ruben stayed on site the entire time and worked with us to make sure that each plant was treated properly and ensured the team and we had our questions answered. As someone who treats their yard as extension of their home, it’s hard for me to hand over control. Ruben and his team are pros and know what they are doing. Ruben and his team were excellent to work with. We had them remove our raised beds and add decomposed granite, add 250 sq ft of concrete, and install complicated fertilizer injector systems. His team is hard working, fast and accurate. Ruben is easy to work with and we even exchanged drawings back and forth to get my job absolutely perfect. He even was willing to learn about a fertilizer injector I bought so he could have his team install it. I am so thankful! He gave us a great price. On to of that, he and everyone he works with are great people. Highly recommend.
It took them about 2 1/2 to 3 hours to complete the job. I would reccommend this company to many. They did complete this job even though it was extremely hot outside.

Hired Rueben’s team to weed a much-neglected backyard with waist-high weeds in most areas…Reuben’s team showed up around 3:30 and dug in completing the job at 7:30…my back yard was free of weeds, shrubs trimmed, pruned and was not recognizable from what they started with…All surrounding areas were left clean and intact with all trimmings picked up and removed…Rueben was on top of communication and was a pleasure to work with…I recommend Rueben for any of your landscaping needs and will be calling upon him for my upcoming needs.
I planned on trimming a dense tree and overgrowing vines so I contacted Baylands Landscape Management for a quote, Ruben responded right away and set up a consultation the same day. The meeting with Ruben was pleasant, he is super friendly and knowledgeable. They would be able to do the job two days later. Ruben and his team arrived on time, and we walked through the area where the work was to be performed. Ruben is very well communicated, he explained to me how they would trim the tree and made sure that’s the result I wanted. There are two members to work on the job, they are polite and worked with their smiles, and kept me in contact if they had a question. Near the end of the work, Ruben let me know that he asked his team to check with me again to make sure everything is my liking. The team did a good job of trimmings and they left my property clean with respect. Overall my experience with this company is fantastic! I appreciate Ruben’s prompt response and good communication, and the team members’ hard work. Without a doubt, I will come back to them if I need any landscape help.

I hired BAYLANDS Landscape to pick up a tree from Lowes and plant it in my front yard. They did a great job and I would highly recommend this company. There was an existing stump of an old tree and they also removed the entire root ball which was not an easy thing to do. Ruben was very professional and also gave me a good deal on the project. I will definitely hire them again.
